Put the form on a website

Kapture Signals gives a contractor a qualifying enquiry form: it asks the homeowner the right questions and scores every enquiry hot, warm or cold before the contractor calls back.
Adding it to a website is one script tag. You do not build form fields, style anything, store answers or call an API — all of that lives with us.

Two things have to be in place in the contractor's account first.
- The contractor's form slug, which replaces your-slug in the code above. It is shown ready to copy in the contractor's own lead feed.
- The domain you are putting the form on, added under Opsætning (Setup) in his account. Until it is added, the browser refuses to display the form at all — this is the single most common reason nothing appears.
- How it worksWhat the script does to the page, and what happens to an enquiry.
- Install the formPaste the script tag, and decide where the form renders.
- Script optionsEvery attribute the script tag accepts, and what happens if you omit it.
- Add the domainThe form only embeds on domains in the contractor's account. How to add one.
- Verify and troubleshootA checklist for going live, and the six failures you are likely to hit.
- Edit the form with AIConnect Claude or ChatGPT to Kapture Signals and change the form's questions, answers and colours by asking in plain words.
- Limits and referenceWhat not to do, what happens under the hood, and where to get help.
