What the script does
The script inserts an iframe pointing at https://kapturesignals.com, where the form itself is hosted. The questions, the validation, the spam filtering and the delivery all happen on our side.
The iframe keeps its height in sync with its content, so a multi-step form never gets a scrollbar inside itself. The form is mobile-first and does not inherit your CSS — it looks the same whatever theme the host site runs.
What happens to an enquiry
When the homeowner submits the form, the enquiry lands as a scored lead in the contractor's feed at Kapture Signals, and the homeowner gets an immediate confirmation.
Nothing has to be forwarded from the host site. You do not need to add analytics, storage or an email handler for the form to work.
