Add the domain
The form only embeds on domains in the contractor's account. How to add one.
Why the domain has to be added
The form can only be embedded on the domains the contractor has added to his account. We set a Content-Security-Policy with frame-ancestors on the form page, built from that list.
If the host domain is not on the list, the browser refuses to render the iframe: you get an empty space and a "Refused to frame" error in the console. That is deliberate — a missing domain closes, it does not open.
There is nothing you can set in the code on your side to work around it. The list lives in the contractor's account.
How to add it
The contractor adds the domain himself, under Opsætning → Dine hjemmesider (Setup → Your websites) in Kapture Signals. If you do not have access to his account, send him the domains to add before you go live.
- Just the domain, no path: example.com. It is stored as https.
- example.com and www.example.com are added together — one entry covers both.
- Other subdomains (shop.example.com) and staging, preview and test domains must be added separately — otherwise the form works in production and nowhere else.
- A change can take up to a minute to take effect.
- If the customer changes domain, add the new one before the switch.
